All domain names implementing the LoadMail service require DNS modification, GUI customization, admin training, and possible user migration. The client requirements to implement the LoadMail service are as follows:
- Supply applicable colors in hex code or RGB format.
- Supply applicable logos in digital format (preferably .PSD, .AI., or .EPS).
- If Client is hosting the domain name, modifications must be made to the DNS zone file for the specified domain.
