Reserve usernames/e-mail accounts within the LoadMail system by following the steps below:

1. Login to the Load administrative system. http://www.load.com/. Click Client Login.
2. Select the LoadMail account you would like to manage from the "Active Services" page. You will be directed to the "Manage Your E-Mail" page.
3. Click "Reserve/Restrict User Names" located under the "System Settings" menu.
4. In the section titled "Add/Remove Words", enter the word or name to be reserved in the LoadMail system.

Note: If you try to add a word that is already in the Reserve/Restrict User Names list, the word and domain name(s) it is associated with will be displayed in the "Available Domain Names" table.
