Listed below is a general overview of the migration process for incorporating LoadMail:
LoadMail Migration Procedure
- Identify e-mail addresses and passwords for administrative access to the Load system.
- Provide a compiled list of usernames and passwords for each existing e-mail account.
(Note: List must be submitted in digital format via database or spreadsheet format.) - Provide the name of the POP3/IMAP system to import existing e-mail.
- Modify DNS to reflect the MX and CName entries for implementing LoadMail.
- Individual users login to the webmail interface to complete setting up their accounts.
