I think my account has been deactivated due to sending too many messages. What do I do?

Users sending a large number of messages during a given period of time may experience a deactivation of their e-mail account. LoadMail automatically identifies user trends and makes decisions based on the context of the message and the rate at which messages are being sent and calculates a numerical probability that the account is being abused or violates the Terms of Use.

In the event the e-mail account is violating the Terms of Use, it will be deactivated and the user account will be suspended until it is determined that the account is in good standing. Typically, the user has up to 48 hours to rectify this problem if their account has been deactivated. The e-mail account sending limit is dependant upon the domain and is determined by the average user's activity across the e-mail system.
