Users may not be receiving e-mail to their account, or to their Inbox for a number of reasons which include:
- User's mailbox is full
- E-Mail message was inadvertantly filtered to the wrong folder (i.e. user-created folder or junk-mail folder)
- User's filters are set to "Exclusive" mode, which only allows the user to receive message from people in their Address Book
- Sender's e-mail server has a dynamic IP Address (see Related Articles)
- Sender is mistyping the user's e-mail address
- Sender's address is blocked by the e-mail system
- Sender's e-mail address in unknowingly listed with spam lists (SpamCop, Cloudmark, etc.)
- Sender's IP Address is blocked
