Users trying to remove an e-mail address from the E-Mail Forwarding option are unable to do so. This is a precautionary feature built into LoadMail which does not allow E-Mail Forwarding to be activated without an e-mail address in the system for forwarding messages.
Removing E-Mail Forwarding
There are a couple of options that users have if they do not wish to have e-mail forwarded to an alternate address.
- Deactivate (Turn Off) E-Mail Forwarding - all messages will arrive to the Inbox and will no longer be forwarded.
- Forward E-Mail to a Different Address (and removing a previous forwarding address) - forwarding mail to an alternate e-mail address can be accomplished by adding a second forwarding address to the list. If you do NOT want mail forwarded to multiple e-mail addresses, click the
icon to remove any additional e-mail addresses from the list.
