Through it's design LoadMail gives you a flexible, robust, and intuitive e-mail system.  However, it is very important for you to understand how your 'webmail' account interacts with your desktop application (i.e. Outlook/Outlook, Express, Eudora, Netscape Mail, Thunderbird) to minimize frustration and misunderstanding.  Let's take a look and see how this works:

Mail comes into the LOAD servers and begins its journey to your desktop. However,there are serveral 'steps' the message goes there before reaching you. 

If you choose to leave a message on the LOAD server, you MUST login and make sure that your web account does not become 'full.'  If at any time, your account is full - you will not be able to receive any additional messages.
