SUMMARY
This article describes why users may be receiving this message and what they should do to clear up this problem.
Due to the overwhelming increase in unsolicited bulk e-mail (junkmail), LoadMail takes various measures to limit the abuse on the Webmail system for specific Private Label E-Mail accounts. In some instances, a user account may be deactivated for sending junk-mail messages, which is a direct violation of the Terms of Use that each users agrees to abide by when creating their e-mail account. Other reasons for this error may be due to users accessing their e-mail from a computer using an IP Address that has been flagged by various blacklist programs which profile known junkmail users, computers, or bulkmail servers. In the event that this has occurred and you wish to have your e-mail account reactivated, you must do the following:
- Login to your e-mail and click the E-Mail Support Link
- Please provide your Username and correct Password OR
- E-mail support@load.com and a LOAD representative will review your account.
Please be sure to provide an alternate e-mail address in the event someone from the Load Support Team needs to reach you to verify your account.
NOTE: If your account is reviewed and is deemed to be in violation of the Terms of Use, your account may NOT be re-activated.
