LoadStats is a real-time web analytics solution and may produce different traffic statistics than log file analysis when tracking the same website. LoadStats acquires data from user’s browsers instead of log files. This method provides the highest quality of data and accuracy of page views. LoadStats processes and delivers statistical data real-time over the Internet giving website owners faster and more reliable access to their information. LoadStats requires no hardware, no software, and no additional IT staff. LoadStats provides these capabilities as a convenient cost-effective outsourced solution.

LoadStats is continually updated and your results will appear in your reports within seconds. This is best illustrated by viewing reports and interacting with your site. You will notice that the statistics being reported automatically change as more visitors view your site.

LoadStats reports can be viewed through the web-based Control Center. You will need administrative access to view your statistics. If you are equipped with a valid login and password, you can view your statistics from any Internet-connected browser.

LoadStats reports are password-protected and can be accessed by using the e-mail address and password you chose when setting up your account. If you have set up additional logins to the Control Panel, the e-mail address and password selected at the time of account creation should be used to login.

No. LoadStats code does not affect site performance. In most cases, LoadStats will only increase page file size by 4K.

Yes. LoadStats Professional will function on SSL (Secure Socket Layer) pages.

Yes. Although LoadStats is a web-based service and can be used for any website on the Internet, Load will accept payment via credit card, check or money order, and Pay Pal.

LoadStats Professional is a month-to-month service and does not require an extended term. However, if you pre-purchase LoadStats for 12 Months and receive discount pricing, you will not be reimbursed if you choose to cancel service during the 12-month period. Also, if you cancel at any time during a given month, you are still responsible for the payment during the given billing cycle. For example, if you've pre-paid for the January 1 - January 31 billing period and then decide to cancel your account on January 10, you will not receive a refund for the balance of the month.
