A: Yes. The set-up fee covers administration, server provisioning, technical support during the initial set-up process, and customization of the LoadMail service to include your color scheme and logo.

A: Each client must supply logos and photos to Load during the set up process. All photos must be submitted in .JPG format and must be a minimum of 300 x 300 pixels. Logos can be submitted in the following formats: .JPG, .TIFF, .GIF, .PSD, .EPS, or .AI. Any images supplied by client that are subject to scanning or custom design will be assessed an additional fee.
NOTE: Load has access to royalty free images and will gladly help you find suitable images during the set up process.

A: LoadMail takes junk mail complaints seriously, and provides multiple ways to protect your members. We filter e-mail from known spammers. We provide online support to help you recognize and deal with junk mail issues. We provide member filters to block e-mail from unwanted addresses, and have instituted a Junk Mail folder that we are continually updating to direct unsolicited commercial e-mail away from your Inbox.
We have a strict anti-spam policy and reserve the right to disable accounts used to send spam. Once the account has been disabled, you can delete it through the Control Center.
