LoadMail is an inter-connected, multi-tiered system architecture designed to deliver optimum response and availability at all times.

Connected to the Internet via redundant providers, LoadMail incorporates advanced routing and load-balancing technologies for inbound and outbound network traffic. While ensuring a high level of service, internal and external methods are used to prevent abuse and shield our clients from the less desirable aspects of the Internet.

LoadMail has implemented redundant storage technology for all systems that touch an electronic message to ensure every message received is forwarded through the LoadMail system without loss or delay.

To support your forwarded e-mail solution, tools are provided for the management of domain name services (DNS) which control your mail exchanger (MX) information and the destination SMTP server where your e-mail is sent. Furthermore, verifications are in place to validate and monitor your MX information to prevent any possible loss of an important message due to a misconfiguration.

To support your users, the administrative interface allows you to create, delete, and modify the ultimate location for the end recipient. This provides the flexibility to modify the communication flow in case of a temporary failure at the end recipient's e-mail provider so business-as-usual can proceed without disruption.
