Connected to the Internet via redundant providers, LoadMail incorporates advanced routing and load-balancing technologies for inbound and outbound network traffic. While ensuring a high level of service, internal and external methods are used to prevent abuse and shield our clients from the less desirable aspects of the Internet.

LoadMail's custom interfaces provide multiple options for access, ranging from clients that desire tight integration with their website to those that desire the freedom to have access to their e-mail from virtually any computer. And to protect that access, LoadMail has incorporated a layer of encrypted authentication to safeguard against unauthorized logins to your e-mail and online information.

LoadMail has implemented state-of-the-art network area storage (NAS) technology to make sure your data remains safe with the added benefit of allowing you to increase your account storage with a simple click of your mouse.

To support your hosted e-mail solution, tools are provided for the management of domain name services (DNS) which control your mail exchanger (MX) information and the destination SMTP server where your e-mail is sent. Furthermore, verifications are in place to validate and monitor your MX information to prevent any possible loss of an important message due to a misconfiguration.

To support your users, the administrative interface allows you to create, delete, and modify accounts as well as provide direct messaging utilities to distribution messages to all your e-mail users to keep them informed.
