No. All correspondence will come from your unique domain name and e-mail address. LoadMail enables businesses to enhance their e-mail communication while building brand awareness. When each employee sends an e-mail message, the recipient will only see the sender's e-mail address. Take advantage of Text and HTML signatures to further enhance your brand with each e-mail sent. NOTE: LoadMail is not mentioned anywhere in the e-mail correspondence and LoadMail never includes inline advertising.

LoadMail delivers significant savings over an in-house e-mail solution which may require hardware and software purchases. For example, a typical small business (15 employees) would likely need to spend about $1,500 on a mail server and another $1,000 on e-mail software that needs to be installed and managed in-house. Likewise, larger businesses (500-1000 employees) would face greater costs due to size and scale of employees and may need additional employees to ensure reliability of the e-mail system.
In comparison, LoadMail Business E-Mail offers cost effective e-mail service without additional hardware and software purchase, or additional staff. With LoadMail, a five-person company can handle all their e-mail needs for as little as $9.95 per month.

Yes. If you already have a domain name with another registrar, you can still use LoadMail. During the order process you'll have the opportunity to search for a domain name or arrange to use an existing domain name. Simply follow the instructions and we'll guide you through the set-up process. You will be responsible for any name server or DNS changes.
(NOTE: Setting up LoadMail with your existing domain name does NOT constitute a registrar transfer. Your domain name registration will remain with your current registrar and you are responsible for all ongoing domain name registration/renewal fees.)

Each LoadMail Business E-Mail account includes a domain name. Load pays the initial domain registration fee and yearly renewal fee as long as your LoadMail Business E-Mail service is active. If you decide to use an existing domain name with LoadMail, you will be responsible for all ongoing domain name registration/renewal fees.

Yes. Your e-mail account will NOT work without a domain name. You can use the domain name you select during the sign-up process or choose to use a domain already registered with another registrar.
|
 |
If you wish to change your domain name after you sign up, you have two options:
- Cancel your service and sign up again with the new domain name you would like to use.
- Contact Load to determine the cost associated with migrating existing e-mail accounts to the new domain name. Costs will vary depending on migration.
For this reason, we recommend that you choose your domain name very carefully to avoid interruption in service or additional fees related to account migration.

Selecting the right domain name is important. It serves as your company's storefront on the Web and is how customers find your business online. Before choosing your domain name, be sure to keep the following tips in mind:
- Domain names only use letters, numbers, and hyphens ("-"). Spaces and other symbols are not allowed, and domains cannot begin or end with a hyphen. Domain names are not case sensitive. They can be between 2 and 63 total characters, not including the domain extension (.com, .net, .org, etc.)
- Keep domain names the same as your business name. Customers who do not know your Web address may try to guess it based on your company name. To minimize confusion, we recommend choosing a domain that is exactly the same as your company name, or a logical abbreviation. If you anticipate having a website, we recommend registering multiple versions of your domain name that will point to your website to ensure customers find your business online.
- Hard to beat .com. Try to register the .com version of your name because it is the most well-known domain name extension. If .com is taken then consider using .net, .org (for noncommercial use), .us, .info, or .biz.
- Keep your domain name short. Shorter names can be easier to remember and type. However, don't get carried away with abbreviations that only you will recognize. Try to use abbreviations that make logical sense and center around the main words in your business name.
- Can you understand the words that are coming out of my mouth? Choose a domain that is easy to say, understand, remember, and spell. Try to avoid domain names that have mutiple meanings and spellings (i.e., to.com, two.com, too.com). Be careful with hyphens, numbers, and word combinations that end and begin with the same letter. Don't lose potential revenue simply because your domain name is hard to remember or type.
- Protect your domain name. After you've found the perfect domain name, protect it by registering the same name with different extensions (.com, .net, .org are the most useful). If you want to point these alternate domain names to your site, use LoadDNS to control your domain resolution.
