Using LOAD, SIGN-A-RAMA identified the critical components needed to accomplish corporate strategies. LOAD first implemented its Global Managed DNS service for the SIGN-A-RAMA domain name and individual franchisees. With DNS management in place, LOAD quickly provisioned e-mail, web statistics, and CMS services across the board. LOAD streamlined the processes for provisioning technology for new and existing franchisees.

RESULTS
LOAD’s web-based applications allowed quicker set-up and helped SIGN-A-RAMA to establish technology processes which created a consistent online presence. SIGN-A-RAMA’s corporate image was strengthened and franchisees benefitted from an increase in efficiency and improved communication throughout the organization.
