How long will it take to get my site up and running with CompanyWebsite?
Depending on the design specifications of your website, the time requirements may vary. Standard websites with a few page layout styles (stock layouts) can be set up quickly and easily and can be ready for deployment/replication within a couple of weeks. Custom website designs may take a little longer.  Your site's ready to go live as soon as you enter the content. Typically, entering content takes about 15 minutes per page, on average. Of course your mileage will vary depending on the amount of material you have.

Do the users of CompanyWebsite need any prior knowledge of HTML coding?
No.  Website administrators (your users) will NOT need any HTML knowledge to use CompanyWebsite. In cases where users have knowledge of HTML, they can use code to help enhance content areas where it is allowed. (This is recommended for advanced users only.)

Can I transfer content (text) from other documents, such as Word?
Yes.  You can cut and paste text from any source into a CompanyWebsite HTML content item.

How many pages can CompanyWebsite support on my website?
CompanyWebsite does not limit the total number of pages you can have on your website.  To keep things organized and simple for website administrators, CompanyWebsite has a pre-determined three-level page hierarchy: sections, categories, and subcategories.  The category and subcategory levels can include as many pages as needed.

What's the difference between CompanyWebsite and other website-builder applications?
CompanyWebsite has numerous advantages over desktop website-editing tools such as Microsoft FrontPage or Macromedia Dreamweaver.

Yes. CompanyWebsite is a web-based solution and will work with most web browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Netscape. Since CompanyWebsite is browser-based, it is also platform independent.

How much does CompanyWebsite cost to implement?
CompanyWebsite is competitively priced to meet the needs of franchisors and organizations looking to extend their online brand. The fees associated with CompanyWebsite will vary at the initial design phase and implementation. The monthly maintenance fees, which include: licenses, hardware, hosting, bandwidth, management and support will depend on the volume license package associated with your account. Can I have multiple domain names for my website?
CompanyWebsite can support as many domains as you would like to have pointed to your website. CompanyWebsite also supports subcategory domain redirection, which allows you and your franchisees the ability to point unique domain names to specific pages on your website.

Can franchisees purchase and manage domain names through Load.com?
Load.com offers domain names for only $9.95/year (.com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, and .us) and automatically includes LoadDNS Lite at no additional charge. In the event a user already has a domain name, a CompanyWebsite representative can work with them to get their domain name properly pointed to their website.

If I have my site developed with CompanyWebsite, do I own my site?
As the website administrator, you will maintain ownership of the content, text, and images placed on your website.  If you wish to cancel service with CompanyWebsite, you can grab an HTML copy of your website and host it with any ISP, but you will no longer have the content management capabilities included with CompanyWebsite.

Can I install CompanyWebsite on my own network?
No. CompanyWebiste is a remotely-hosted service.  It is not available for purchase or local installation.
