Refund Policy

Load is committed to offering excellent services and customer support. If you subscribe to a Load Service and are not satisfied for any reason, you may cancel your account within thirty (30) days after your purchase and receive a full refund.

Please note that Private Labeling/Branding Fees, Web Site Statistics, and Domain Registration fees are not subject to this guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of receiving a free domain name registration you will be charged our standard domain name registration fees.

Cancellation:
To cancel service and be eligible for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee refund, you must contact Load Support via the Support Center at http://support.load.com.

Account Termination:
Accounts discontinued or terminated by Load as a result of Abuse or Violation of the Terms of Use (TOU) will not be refunded and will not qualify for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
